Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
